Von Blumen in Alto Adige Südtirol is the second venture of the Fugatti family, of the Roeno winery in Valdadige.  In 2013, the family decided to get involved in a territory different from their place of origin: South Tyrol. Strengthened by a centuries-old oenological experience and with the entrepreneurial momentum that characterizes them, in 2014 Roberta, Cristina and Giuseppe presented the first vintage of Von Blumen wines.

The Sauvignon "Flowers" produced by the Von Blumen winery, based in Alto Adige, is an extraordinary varietal expression that captures the essence of the Alpine terroir. This wine is part of the Alto Adige DOC designation, known for the production of high-quality wines. The cold climate and the sharp temperature variations between day and night in this region are ideal for the development of the characteristic aromatic profile of Sauvignon Blanc.

The "Flowers" cuvée stands out for its intensely aromatic bouquet, where clear notes of fresh flowers can be perceived, including acacia and broom, enhanced by nuances of freshly cut grass and light tropical fruits like passion fruit and green melon.
